Dracula at The Pavilion

Why see Dracula?

Something Wicked This Way Comes

The old world meets the new in the closing days of the 19th century in this spine-tingling adaptation of Bram Stoker's classic horror from Nick Lane. As a strange creature arrives on our shores from Transylvania, Professor Van Helsing and his associates are driven to fight back the deadly threat or damn us all to the way of the vampire.

Presented by Blackeyed Theatre in association with Harrogate Theatre and South Hill Park Arts Centre, don't miss this chilling staging of the gothic horror, played against a haunting soundscape and innovative design by a talented ensemble.

What Is The Story?

Jonathan Harker travels to Transylvania to meet the mysterious Count Dracula at his castle, intending to help him buy a house in London. Untold horrors stalk Harker as the story unfolds, endangering his loved ones and threatening England as the Count follows him home with only one thing on his mind - blood!
